Welcome to Tanakore! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the contract between you and Alexander Fonov, owner of Tanakore (“Tanakore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing or buying on https://tanakore.com you agree to everything that follows—so please read carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, stop using our site and services right away.

1. Our Services

Tanakore sells physical goods online to customers located in the United States. Nothing on the site is a guarantee that the items will be available where you live, and you alone are responsible for obeying local laws when you shop with us.

2. Intellectual-Property Rights

Everything you see on Tanakore—code, graphics, text, videos, designs, trademarks (“Content & Marks”)—belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international IP law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and print portions of the site for your own non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

3. Your Promises to Us

By using Tanakore, you confirm that:

1. You have legal capacity to enter a contract.
2. You are not a minor where you live.
3. All info you provide is accurate and current.
4. You will not break any law or these Terms.
5. You will not try to hack, scrape, or otherwise harm our site or its users.

4. Prohibited Activities

Don’t do any of the following: scrape data, spread malware, harass others, infringe IP, reverse-engineer our code, spam, run automated bots, or use Tanakore for unlawful or defamatory purposes. We decide, at our sole discretion, what counts as prohibited behaviour.

5. User-Generated Content & Licence

If you send us reviews, ideas, photos, or any other material (“Contributions”):

• You keep ownership of your work.
• You grant us a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, adapt, or distribute those Contributions in any medium.
• You warrant that your Contributions are legal, original, and non-infringing.

6. Site Management

We may monitor, remove, or refuse any content and block any user to keep the site safe and compliant. We are not obliged to back-up or store anything you upload.

7. Termination

We can suspend or close your account—without notice—if you breach these Terms or applicable law. You may not register a new account if the old one was banned.

8. Changes & Downtime

We may modify prices, features, or Content at any time. The site could be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from outages or changes.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not handled by arbitration.

10. Dispute Resolution

Step 1 – Friendly talk. Before suing or arbitrating, you and Tanakore agree to try to settle any dispute informally for 30 days after written notice.

Step 2 – Binding arbitration. If no deal is reached, the matter goes to one (1) arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Knoxville, TN. No class actions. Each side pays its own fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

Certain claims (IP infringement, consumer-protection requests for injunctive relief, or amounts within small-claims limits) may go straight to court.

11. Corrections

Typos happen. We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability without liability.

12. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE GIVE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanakore’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Tanakore (including officers, employees, and agents) against any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.

15. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy (last updated May 29 2025) and the Cookie Policy (last updated May 29 2025). Both are incorporated by reference.

16. E-Signatures & E-Communications

By using Tanakore you consent to receive notices and contracts electronically. Electronic signatures have the same legal force as handwritten ones.

17. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign our rights at any time; you may not. Headings are for convenience only.
