What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on non-sale items as long as they are:

• In original condition
• Unworn and unwashed
• Tags intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt

What Can’t Be Returned?

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

• Spelling or grammatical mistakes on customized products
• Image resolution or file errors submitted by the customer
• Incorrect orders placed by mistake

How to Send Your Return

1. Contact Us First
   Email [email protected] and wait for our team to send you the return authorization and return address.
2. Pack It Up
   Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email in your return package.
3. Ship It
   Use your local post office or a courier. Once you ship, send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it.
4. Receive Confirmation
   Once we get your package, we’ll email you a confirmation and inform you if your refund or replacement is approved.
