You have a full 24 hours from the moment you click “Pay Now” to:
- Cancel the order outright, or
- Edit anything—size, design, quantity, shipping address.

How to Request a Change

- Subject line: “Change/Cancel Order #<your order ID>”
- Include:
- Name on the order
- Exact change or request
- If changing the address, list the new, complete address

After 24 Hours
Once the clock hits 24 hours, your items move into production and cannot be adjusted or cancelled. At that stage you may still return the item after delivery—see our Return & Refund Policy (valid for 180 days).
Check Your Address Twice
We print your label exactly as you enter it:
- Wrong or incomplete address? Carrier returns the parcel → we dispose of it.
- Re-ship fee: You cover the new postage.
Take a moment before checkout to ensure street, unit, city, state, and ZIP are correct.
