Can I save items to a wishlist?Yes. Click “Add to Wishlist” on the product page; view everything later under My Account › Wishlist.
How do I know if an item is in stock?The product page shows live inventory:
Add to Cart = in stock.
Out of Stock = join the wait-list to get an email the moment it returns.
Can I check out as a guest?Absolutely. Guest checkout needs only shipping + payment info. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and snag member-only deals.

What payment methods do you accept?Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and major debit cards.
Is my payment data secure?Yes. Tanakore uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant, so your card details stay protected.
Can I use a coupon code?Sure thing—drop it into the “Coupon / Gift Card” box at checkout and hit Apply.
What if my payment fails?An on-screen error and an email will tell you. Double-check the card info or pick another method, then retry. Still stuck? Email or call Support and we’ll troubleshoot together.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?Orders placed before 5 PM EST on a business day start processing the same day; after that, they roll to the next business day.
What are your shipping options and speeds?Standard: 1–7 business-day handling + 7–20 business-day transit (flat $4.99).
Fast: 1–2 business-day handling + 10–15 business-day transit ($14.99).
Where do you ship?Anywhere in the contiguous United States. We currently don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
How do I track my package?As soon as it leaves our warehouse you’ll get a tracking link by email. It can take 3–7 days for the carrier to scan the parcel.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or edit my order?Yes—free for the first 24 hours after purchase. Email [email protected] or call us with the subject “Change/Cancel Order #12345.”
What happens after 24 hours?Your items enter production and can’t be changed or cancelled. You may still return them after delivery (see below).
Tip: address accuracyWe print labels exactly as you enter them. Incorrect addresses may lead to disposal and re-ship fees, so please double-check before completing checkout.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?180 days from the carrier-marked delivery date for most non-sale items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and tagged.
How do I start a return?1️⃣ Email [email protected] (or use Contact Us).
2️⃣ We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with an RMA number, instructions, and the return address.
3️⃣ Ship the item and email us the tracking number.
Who pays the return shipping?Return cost: $0.00 for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped incorrectly. For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), you cover the postage.
Can I exchange instead of refund?One free size or color exchange per order. Tell Support the new variant; we’ll send it once the original item is on its way back.

💰 Refunds

When will I see my money back?Within 2 business days of our warehouse confirming receipt. Your bank may take 10–15 days to post the credit.
Do you refund the original shipping fee?Yes—if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item).
Haven’t seen the refund yet?First check with your bank/credit-card issuer. Still no luck? Call or email us and we’ll investigate.
