How do I know if an item is in stock? | The product page shows live inventory: • Add to Cart = in stock. • Out of Stock = join the wait-list to get an email the moment it returns. |
Can I check out as a guest? | Absolutely. Guest checkout needs only shipping + payment info. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and snag member-only deals. |

Where do you ship? | Anywhere in the contiguous United States. We currently don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. |
How do I track my package? | As soon as it leaves our warehouse you’ll get a tracking link by email. It can take 3–7 days for the carrier to scan the parcel. |
🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

What happens after 24 hours? | Your items enter production and can’t be changed or cancelled. You may still return them after delivery (see below). |
Tip: address accuracy | We print labels exactly as you enter them. Incorrect addresses may lead to disposal and re-ship fees, so please double-check before completing checkout. |

What is your return window? | 180 days from the carrier-marked delivery date for most non-sale items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and tagged. |
How do I start a return? | 1️⃣ Email [email protected] (or use Contact Us). 2️⃣ We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with an RMA number, instructions, and the return address. 3️⃣ Ship the item and email us the tracking number. |
Who pays the return shipping? | Return cost: $0.00 for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped incorrectly. For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), you cover the postage. |
Can I exchange instead of refund? | One free size or color exchange per order. Tell Support the new variant; we’ll send it once the original item is on its way back. |
